Abstract
Blitzschnell: Die Totalsynthese von Transtaganolid‐ und Basiliolid‐Naturstoffen gelingt in drei Stufen ausgehend von achiralen monocyclischen Estern (siehe Schema). Entscheidende Schritte in der Synthese sind eine Ireland‐Claisen/Diels‐Alder‐Kaskade und eine neuartige Sequenz aus Methoxyacetylidkupplung und Cyclisierung.
